I woke up with a sore throat yesterday, which is... fun It's almost gone now but I don't quiite feel 100% right, so quarantine it is. Hooray.

Could it have been down to anxiety? I’ve been suffering with sore throat and a tight chest, but I’ve put it down to anxiety because it only comes when I’ve been anxious. Doesn’t exactly help that it’s hayfever season either with my sneezes and sniffles.

Speaking of which, I’ve just returned from food shopping and although it was relatively quiet, there are still people who just aren’t getting the social distancing rules. So yeah, I’ve been feeling quite anxious but I’m feeling calmer now I’m back home.
