I'm not sure where I stand I could hear them rattling when the postie handed them to me. Same happend with a plate, but I let that one go as the seller was quick to respond and polite. This one however I've had enough of him. I will give him until this evening and then he gets neg feedback. Think that's fair?

Oh, that really sucks. I really hope you're able to sort it. I think giving the seller negative feedback if they don't sort it is fine.

It could have been damaged in the post, but still the person who sold it should have packed it better to prevent it from breaking.

Thing is with ebay, you need to give it a few days, because in all honesty, not everyone is online every single day.
(OK, even though this seller was very poorly to begin with)

If you haven't heard from him, in lets say, 4 days, I'd put in a claim with ebay / paypal, to get your money back!

Yeah I see what you mean. I've done a pretty rubbish attempt of gluing them back together but as they've shattered there's tiny pieces missing

Geez, that really sucks about the figurines I really hope the seller will sort it out with you; one of them breaking I could let pass as bad luck, but not all three. That's just poor packaging on the sender's side

Otherwise... wow, you have the big Mufasa plush! He looks really great, I must say.

Yeah, he didn't even write 'fragile' on the packet. Each one was wrapped in a thin piece of bubble wrap inside a Jiffy bag.
Yeah, I had that Mufasa and most of my plush shipped over from America. Expensive, but very worth it!

Update on situation.... I waited until last night and left him neg feedback. He has since apologised and refunded me. Feel a bit bad for leaving neg, but i felt he deserved it in this case.

That's great you got a refund!!

Last October, I recieved a wrong item
I waited untill the very end, it took about 6 weeks to get everything settled, so I could try and give her correct feedback.
Luckily for her, she gave me a fully refund + half of the shipping costs of what I payed to ship the item back to her, I thought that was fair, so ended up giving her postive feedback anyways, though, I mentioned in the feedback, it was a wrong item, but the person was very nice and all.

He actually admitted that he's a better buyer than seller and apologised for the 'shambles' if he had got back to me sooner, I would have left neutral.

Ok, so I decided to have a lazy day today and I got some pics of some more things that I own. Apologies for the poor quality and the mess! I have tomorrow off work to sort that out

    My DVDs

Limited edition blu ray set... I didn't really need this but, well you know!

It's all sealed apart from the blu ray as I wanted the movie rewards out of it!

Some books and things, the big red box at the back is the original PC game on floppy discs. That is my childhood memories right there in that box. My dad and I spent hours trying to complete it.

Travel cup from the UK tour in Bristol

    Some more musical merchandise

Really shoddy pic, but this is a one of a kind fleece, I bought it on eBay from the man who played pumba in the original cast, of the London musical. It has never been worn and I intend to keep it that way. It. Was never on general sale and was given to cast members only for the second anniversary.

    From London

This I got from eBay. Zazu s signature

    Scarf

    Fleece throw

Fleece from Bristol, this one I do wear.

The signed one? It was a charity eBay auction. They had others too, but unfortunately I was outbid.

ETA read it wrong the cards came from morrisons supermarket. Think they are Disneyland Paris 20th anniversary ones.
    I have some duplicates.

You should send those back if you can and get a refund on them. That's really poor packaging if he can't get that right. I bought quite a lot of the ceramic figures over ebay when I was last in the U.S and all of them were well packed and shipped, all arrived perfectly. Pat says the ebay claims department is actually quite good and can take the money back from the seller for you.
That which you manifest is before you.
