It is really cool, and very useful indeedit teaches you what to do to when someone straight up attacks you and how to stun them quickly. It's oriented to any actual threat to your life out in the real world, unlike other martial arts, pretty much.
It also helps in boosting confidence, which is one of the reasons I'm taking it. But yeah, it makes your body sore the first few weeks. I kinda injured my shoulder yesterday xP
