'Les Miserables' just came out on cinemas here today. I still feel very lucky to have seen it a month ago in England

As for my last movie, I watched 'Schindler's List'. I've been wanting to watch it for a long time now and I finally did. I admittedly cried with it and it didn't help that it brought me back many memories from Poland (I've been in Auschwitz myself). A really good movie about a real holocaust hero.

Pat and I saw Django Unchained last night. I wasn't really sure what to expect, apart from the fact that it is a Quentin Tarantino film, so that gives some of it away But I really quite enjoyed it. Good movie, if you like that sort of thing.

Frankenweenie. I've never really cared for the style of animation, but I quite liked it, and with it being in black and white, it gave it an older feeling, which went well with the stop-motion animation.

Last movie I watched was Life Is Beautiful...and I cried my eyes out. A different sort of take on the Holocaust, it actually manages to be somewhat light-hearted for the first half before anything truly bad starts to happen. It's about this funny-man type Jewish dad trying to shield his young son from what's going on. It's an Italian film so you have to be okay with reading subtitles, but it doesn't distract too much.

    ^ Great movie that one

Last night, Pat and I went to see Cloud Atlas. I don't really know what to tell you about it. I mean, I enjoyed watching it, but ultimately it didn't really seem to have a point.

A Good Day to Die Hard... somewhat lacking in the story department, but otherwise I quite enjoyed it.

Oooh, I LOVE the Die Hard series, can't wait to see this new one!
Saw nr 4 twice at the movies.

I saw "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" last night.

Never seen either of those, sadly. They are on my (rather extensive) list of movies-to-watch.

Just watched three episodes of Super Nanny with my Mom, which is funny because neither of us are big TV watchers. We got sucked in! At least it's somewhat educational though. If you've never seen it, the show is about a British Nanny who goes and fixes bad American parenting....basically a lot of spoiled kids get shown what's what. And as a teacher who has to deal with a lot of spoiled American kids, I find this awesome. xD
