I really don't like the plushies, most of them scare me
I have no TLK plushies for that same reason (I just always think they look horrible), ecxept ones I got as a gift.

The hyena's on the other hand look really cool, and I might get me those!

I have about 6 different Nala and Simba plus the magnetic kissing ones that a friend Pulsar sent me from Disnyeland about 4 years ago, they're all in bag up in the ceiling

SCAR! He's as big as the Simba and Nala too! They're about 18inches tall. I'm going tomorrow to see about getting some of the other ones I didn't get yesterday. If he's there, I'll get him.

I texted my mum today to ask her if she could buy me that mug from the Disney Store while I'm here in Mexico. Hopefully they'll have it at the one she'll be visiting, and I wonder if I'll be surprised with some more TLK merchandise when I return.

I gotta say, this is exactly what I was hoping to see. Any new TLK merchandise is very welcome.

HK, can I ask, how tall are the hyenas?

They're about 12 inches I guess. They're full sized plushes. None of those tiny beanie hyenas here. They're about the same size as the original young Simbas.

And my bank account will hate me, yes. But I got a bonus this year, and it was unexpected, so it's almost like it's meant to be.

Ah, I like it that the Scar plush is 18 inches tall and the hyenas are 12 inches tall. That sounds like they are about the right size compared to each other. I want them.

The Simba and Nala were much bigger than I was expecting. I was like "OMG THEY'RE HUGE!" The elephant is pretty big too. I'm really not sure where I'm going to put all of these things... oh well!

I do hope they have stuff other than plushes though. I'd like some hats or shirts, backpacks, lunch bags, stuff like that. If they only have kids shirts, I'll get them anyway and modify them. I had to do that with that purple shirt because it ended up being a style I don't really care for.

That purple shirt ended up being too small for me. They run in such small sizes! If I can lose a little bit of weight it should fit better. I just don't like my shirts being so tight.

But yes, I really want new TLK adult size shirts!

Yeah, that purple shirt was tiny! I actually cut the design out and sewed it onto a purple shirt that fits the way I like. I looks pretty good and it actually makes the design stand out better.

Huh, interesting. I was wondering what you meant by "modifying" your shirts. I was thinking you find fabric the same color, but I thought that would be kind of hard to match the color of the fabric exactly.

Yeah. It's actually not as noticeable as it is in that photo for some reason. I've done it with other stuff but it was easier since they were more common colors.

Hmm, I think I like the Scar I already have better.. I really love the stuffies but I really can't buy many more, as the majority of things that I own that don't fit into four suitcases will have to be given away, and I need to pack everything including dishes n stuff. However, I do think I might get the hyenas and the little timon and pumbaa, just because I don't have any of those. I love the others though

On another note, would anybody be interested if I started a thread of TLK stuff? I unfortunately have to give a lot of it away, and it is hard to part with after years of collecting.. I would rather give it to people who would appreciate it. I wouldn't charge anything, just shipping.
