I'm not into the soundtrack but I have it though. But I really like his "Takes Time" and "Now, More than Ever". Also special mention on Superbrothers' Sword & Sworcery Localized for Japan
Yeap, that same one I played the game through and the soundtrack is really something, as catchy as it is beautiful, but of course, it's better while actually playing the game, hehe.

-Treasure Planet
I also really like some of the "spaghetti western" themes by Ennio Morricone(my father had a tape with his famous themes in our old car and I was irriversibly brainwashed :P)
And OF COURSE,the Lion King.
I think most of music I hear comes from movies or games soundtracks. There were a time I Like tu put music from all final fantasy games in my ambient sound system.
Personally, a soundtrack from a Disney movie which I really enjoyed was from the movie "The country Bears", I even imported the CD because is very rare soundtracks cds be released here (and when it is, are the portuguese versions),but i ended up losing money, as this movie had the cd released here in English as the musics are not dubbed in the movie...

Until end of 90s i used to buy Disney movies soudtracks CDs as soon they were released, I have TLK, Pocahontas, The Hunckback of notredame and mulan cds, because at that time, they released both portuguese and english cds here, after 2000, they decided to release only portuguese cds, and for some movies also make dvd + cd bundles, the last one i bought this way was frozen, but of course it are the portuguese version of the songs and i rather preferd the english version...
For a dreamworks movie, a soundtrack that really deserved to be listened is of the movie "spirit the stalion of the cimarron"
I really think it could be a standard blu-rays have the option for you listen only the soundtrack of the movie with no dialog, is just amazing you hear sounds that you never listened because you was hearing more a dialog. one movie with a amazing background sound is the lion king as I managed to reduce the dialog by disabling the central speaker of the sound system, and was just and unforgetabble sound experience hear all the sounds that are present in the movie that you never noticed before. if you have i way to do this, i sugest you to do it ASAP.
