Google Street View (Follow up of Google Earth thread)

    http://leahalalela.net/showthread.php?1393-Google-Earth

follow up from Google Earth thread.

Anyone have been using Google Street View? I saw a lot of you folks using GE to show the place of your house. I guess I should screen cap and show my current house then.

    I remember this thread.

This isn't my house, but I did find this on street view. That's-a-me!

Hilarious. Where and how did you find that image? I mean as in Location. My stepmother said she saw her mother entering the house in the photo, it was removed 3 months later.

I saw the Google car a few weeks before, and I was looking to see the best exit for a restaurant we wanted, and found that.

Google street view is very handy, I always use it before going to some places that I don't know to find easily what I want.

Another good thing I like it is that using Google plus in your phone, you can share your exact location with your parents and friends in real time (i used to do it with Facebook, but they removed that feature).

Here is my parents apartment, where I live with them.

Oooh, lemme show you my house! This is not my appartment, it's "my house". I still call it home, as this appartment doesn't feel like home, so I just call it "my place" and my parents house "my house/home", lolz.

Neat! I remember my student dormitory, it was a nice time C:

This is the house my flat is in. You can only juuust not see my balcony on the second floor because of the little extra house thingy in the way xD

It's not a pretty exterior, but the inside is nice enough, and it's located right in the centre of town, so I have every utility I need at my fingertips, basically. I can put up with an ugly view/house for that :P

    HAH, lovely pictures all.

I actually use Street View only for reading road sign around Malaysia, I've been to my Aunties/Uncles house on the software. But mostly I only hunt for road sign/sign board.
