Summer of 2015... seriously dark times

You've improved lots in just a year, ABB - keep up the good work!

This is the earliest picture of mine I could find online, anno 2003 or maybe even 2002:

It's one of the very, very earliest drawings of Kanu. And of her family, as it were; in the beginning she had a mate, three cubs and an entire pride as her supporting cast, before she became my fursona exclusively. (It was such a rip-off of TaniDaReal...)

Her design really hasn't changed much over the years. Aside from a few tweaks here and there - like adding hair and a second colour scheme - her basic design is the same as it was on day 1.

The nostalgia is strong whenever I make posts like these... Kanu has existed for half of my life now. Soon I'll have lived longer with her than without her..!

That is impressive, as people would say more practice means more better result. I haven't draw anything since the last time I draw Roog and Kanu back in late 2005. But I am glad that everyone's style is getting better.
