Personally I like it and as far as the cub next to simba I think it's one of the new Cubs not kiara. I think it's set after simba's pride especially if any of the new Cubs are designed like the outlanders. I can't wait for November 22nd though. Really want hear how Rob Lowe does simba and Gabrielle Union does nala

S-tlk maybe you are right the movie will start with kiara as a cub then quickly transition over to Kion.

Here is a link to the website that Disney has a for the lion guard has some extra pics on the bottom of the characters. It's true kiara is a cub in this but I doubt she will be in the actual series. My biggest complaint right now is that I'm going to have to wait an entire week after it airs to actually watch this. I'll be at Animal Kingdom that day.Maybe I can catch it on a repeat when we get back to the resort. It'd be fun to watch it with giraffe, wildebeest, ankole, and zebra wandering around outside our balcony.

The style reminds me a lot of Jake and the Neverland Pirates. They're kind of kid versions of the characters. I have no problem with the show right now.

I just know that Gabrielle Union as Nala, I really love her movies and television, I hope she could sound motherly and queen isque for Nala

It does seem like Kiara really will be a cub in the show. I don't get it. I really don't o_O To me it seems like an excuse to sell more cub Kiara merchandise more than anything else.
But, everything else points to that Disney are taking this show seriously and I love that. The poster is super awesome

The trailer look freaking sweet, Rob Lowe as Simba is sure fitting, even better than Cam Clarke from SP. I can't wait for Nala to have a motherly voice as I'm a fan of Gabrielle Union. But I'm going to miss Moira Kelly.

Why those trailers are blacked out for users outside USA? the lion guard will not be aired outside? Any news on international broadcasting of it?
I think it will air in other countries eventually. However, it has become a kind of policy for Disney to redirect users to the websites of their country. That's annoying and stupid, because when I try to visit a foreign country's Disneystore site for example, i'm redirected to the German site :/
But I doubt that's because TLG won't air in other countries
