It may have been already mentioned but it doesn't matter, that's funny when that happens, hehe.
And this thread reminds me, I was in the shops the other week and saw a TLK tin... I have to get it... I gotta do that tomorrow!!

That which you manifest is before you.
I found this comic, I think the TLK reference is in the 5th strip.

Holy-! I haven't seen that comic in ages! I used to love it. *tries to catch up*
Same here. I haven't read Faux Pas in ages.
We are so much more complicated than our names.

If you're not here to party, get out of the teacup.
I just discovered it and now I'm on week 95.
South Park...in the episode where the kids make a Christmas Card or something. They parody the song "Circle of Life" with Mr. Hankey or something, but instead it's the "circle of Poo" and they even do that sudden black screen thing at the end...

Law & Order: SVU
They mentioned the Lion King when talking about a group of suspects who deal in making counterfeit products.
In October, the Friday before Halloween, the Kindergarden(sp?) were dressed up in their Halloween costumes parading around the school. I spotted one girl dressed up as Raven from Teen Titans, and she was holding a Nala plushie.
Uh, it was kind of recently, well, not really, but I was watching Super Nanny once and at this house these kids had an Interactive Simba. I was jealous because I hadn't had one at the time.

There's a episode when The Simpsons go to Africa and they watch animals walk behind a sunset in a red sky like the begining of the film also when they are on a jeep if you look very closely you can see Pride Rock in the background
Hmm...I'm not sure about the Pride Rock sighting...but I'll have to look more closely.Originally posted by Euan Buchan

On one of those "Nanny shows"--it was either "Supernanny" or "Nanny 9-1-1", a dad asked his kids if they wanted to see LION KING or some other video. Correction: I originally said I thought the other video was 'Toy Story' but it is pointed out later in the thread that it was 'Snow White' but I'm not sure. But they didn't pick TLK!!!!!

I think they chose Snow White or something stupid.
Oh yeah, it WAS Snow White. I remember now, because the nanny went, "Good for Snow White" or something during the film.Originally posted by 2 Die FR

I think you'll recognize someone very familiar in the picture. I guess that's one way to get a student's attention, hmm?
And then for fun, I was reading Kevin and Kell, a comic I am a fan of. And behold, another TLK reference....(look in the second picture on the third line!)

Any TLK fan will take humor in that one!
And I thought the days of TLK references was over! I guess you can find it if you look hard enough!
