Off the top of my head, the movie that has left the biggest impression on as of now is Primer. If you like think-y movies, this is for you. It is the most realistic scenario of what would happen, if two scientists accidentally invented a time machine that I have seen. You will probably have to see it more than once to understand what fully goes on it in (I know I did), but the movie is so genuine, engaging and interesting that it's worth it.

I gotta see this movie at some point. Leor has told me loads about it and it looks hilarious.

I don't have so many favourites other than TLK (either that, or I just don't remember them ) but here is what I can think of now. As you can see, they're mostly animated movies:
