Hey that looks purdy darn good Zack!=) I'm sure Roogie won't kill ya, like I said on MSN. A little shading would be nice, but otherwise everything else looks good.

We have CELT periods, our CELT period is music, the teacher in the next classroom does art.. I'd switch to his CELT class but I like the music too much

Oh, my, god... I found a folder with some art I did years ago... No one is ever going to see my old TLK fan art, ever! My god they are so bad! XD I found some off topic art... But none of this is original, all these poses are copied, which I am ashamed of. But back then I just didn't think I could get good enough to draw poses from my own head and be more original. But now I know I have that ability after joining TLKFAA.

Ok, here's a few pics where poses were copied... =/

Here's Brooklyn, the pose was copied from a screen shot of an episode, his head was from a Gargoyle playing card I have. XD


Ok this pic of Rain is copied from this picture: http://www.tigress.com/jicin/blackspirit.gif I just copied that then just drew Rain's face, markings, etc. That was kind of dumb now that I think of it... Because Rain's legs and hooves are thinner then that... Really I copied the body of Spirit for Rain and Rain is slimmer and looks more feminine then Spirit. (Of course) I did that because, back then, again I doubted myself, I didn't think I could draw horses. I didn't even try. I know I can draw horses now, I drew horses from real life in my Animal Animation class I took last quarter and they looked fine. I might do some real Spirit fan art some day. *shrugs*


More Pokemon stuff. XD It's Mewtwo, I totally copied a screen shot for this.


Again I kind of hate myself for doing these pics because none of the poses are original. But really back a few years ago I thought I wouldn't of been able to. TLKFAA has helped me with drawing more the anyone knows. I can draw things in my own poses I think in my mind, I just need reference if I can't remember exactly what the character looks like.

I guess we all start out copying pics and then after a while start drawing our own pictures... But still I do not like copying a picture exactly.

Seriously... I think I am going to try to draw Brooklyn now... In my own original pose... Because looking at these pics are driving me crazy... XD

Ok, I feel a little better, here's a raptor I did last night, with absolutely no reference at all. I know it?s not that great but really I couldn?t draw dinosaurs before. (I really love dinosaurs, they are my most favorite animals!) The style is simple, but that is my style, simple. I know the feathers on it?s head are huge, but I like it like that, it gives the raptor such a cool and exotic look. The claws were hard, I know they look kind of weird, but really, I was too lazy to get out one of my Jurassic Park DVDs for reference. Hmm, what do you guys think?

That's really good Sharifu, especially since you had no reference. But aren't the really big toe claws suppose to be more towards the inside of the foot rather than the outside? Maybe I just haven't watched Jurassic Park for a long time...
