Just to let you know, the human growth spurts of teenagers doesn't actually stop until you're 25 years old according to studies.

im 5'2"... i feel so small... haha 7th grade and im taller than ALL of the boys in my class... its sooooo pathetic... haha... o and i weigh 85 pounds... people say that i should weigh more but i like my weight the way it is... tehehe

I weighed 80 lbs from when I graduated high school, until a year ago... now I weigh 120... is still underweight... but hey... nothing I can do about that.. it took me forever working out to weigh that much...

Hey if you want to pretend you're taller than you really are then measure yourself in the morning. Believe it or not, the spine expands about an inch or so when you are resting and then compresses as you sit and stand all day.

Weird, huh?

I guess that's why my head hits the top bunk every morning when I get out of bed lol

Roog, ice Cream can. Milk is a big ingredient in ice cream. Though, you might not want to chow down on ice cream a lot unless you have a good daily excercise routine to go along with it.

Milk, sleep, excercise, and a good dietary plan will keep you growing tall. If that doesn't work you might have testosterone/estrogen deficency (Ahhhh! BIG words lol). If you think you have that, you might want to talk to a doctor or someone about it to see if you can fix it

(I'm in science class right now in college and we've been talking about weight and height =P)
