Need help/ideas to organize my inventory list

So, I've added an example of my excel TLK inventory list.
I started this list about 10 years ago. It keeps track of everything I own (what it cost, where I got it from, when I got it).
I've also started to organize. I want CD's in 1 box, plush in 1 box, clothing in 1 box, you get where I'm going at ...
So that when I need something, I can just take my list, see what nr box it's in, and find it easily.

I've done all TLG and TLKoB items already.
I've also changed the names of the pictures into TLG0001 (etc) & TLKoB0001 (etc).
And in the list all TLG items start with "TLG" (TLG book - story), same thing I did with TLKoB items.

The thing I'm struggling with now is: what to do with TLK 1 & TLK 2 (and TLK 3 ?? I think In only have 2 items, a DVD & CD)
Because I do have some merchandise in TLK 2 packaging.

Should I devide them up in the 2 movies? Stupid question probably, but I'm actually really struggling with this decision.
As I want my list to look as clean and clear as I can make it.

Whoa... that's impressive! You really put a lot of thought and effort into organizing your collection. As for me, I wish I'd have the time to do that.. oh well XD
I'd create a list for TLK 2 and TLK 3 items and probably the Musical. And since we have some TV Shows also, I'd even add a list for "The Lion Guard" and "Timon and Pumbaa". But that's just me...
I think all the comics would give me a hard time since there are many that fit in different categories and lists.

Thank you for that nice Avatar, Atimon.

Lion Guard and musical is already separate and taken care off.

Although, I am now struggling to put the musical CDs into the musical merchandise box, or to leave them with all my other CDs.

    Life questions... Haha
