Jamili looked up at Rinoa, a puzzled look strewn across his face.
"What? Uh, yeah, sure"
He trotted up to Rinoa's side, and grinned broadly at her. Rinoa seemed like an adventerous sort, and she also seemed rather sad when he'd first met her. He wondered if the Pridelands really were a normal place to live.
"Daddy!" Rinoa called as she neared the water hole next to her family's den.
"Hey, Rinoa, who's this?" Kago asked as he shook off, leaving Dash and Scout in the water.
"Jamili." Rinoa said.
Jamili peered up at the lion in front of him, his golden eyes visible through his mane that had covered his face. He lifted his head and flipped his mane out of the way.
"Hello sir" He said politely, not wanting to anger the lion who was alot larger then him. Plus, he was standing next to his daughter, and a father could turn nasty, depending on his nature.
Kaden smiled at Kala. He stayed silent....he was glad that he didn't have to go into the graveyard.Originally posted by Nala The Princess
"doesn't look like we need to now Kaden" Kala smiled nuzzling Kaden softly, looking over at Scout and Kara. "See Scout, I told you she'd be fine" Kala smirked. "You alright Kara?" Kala asked. "Hey Kago" Kala said looking up at him. "you ok?" she asked wondering if he remember Scout's best friend.

"Do you need a place to stay Jamili?" Rinoa asked as Kago finished introducing the cubs to Jamili.
"Nice to meet you Ja... Jama....." Dash said forgetting the name of the lion all ready. "Jamili" Scout whispered correcting Dash."You can stay with us anytime you want Jamili" Scout said with a friendly smile to the new lion. "You can stay here if you want Jamili...Scout, Dash, wanna help me dig out a guest room in our den?" Kago asked as he walked down the ramp into the underground den.
"Sure dad Come on Dash" Scout said gently dragging Dash Toward the cave. Scout and Dash walked into the cave. Dash looked a little bit unsure about this. "Trust me Dash it's a lot of fun all you have to do is dig it's not like you're gonna do anything wrong or something" Scout said putting a comforting paw on his new brother Dash.Originally posted by Lt. "Scout's right, Dash, this is how we made the other rooms and they're plenty stable." Kago said as he walked to an area near the back and began to dig with his paws. Each time he scraped a clump of dirt off of the wall the shape of the room he had in mind was beginning to become more visible.
Scout and Dash walked up next to their dad and started digging as hard as they could. "Ya, see Dash not too hard at all" Scout said while still digging with his paws. "Yeah I guess you're right Scout it's actually pretty fun" Dash said in agreement never stopping digging.Originally posted by Lt. Trevor

"Large stone." Kago said as he wiggled it free from the area.
Scout and Dash stopped as they heard their father command them to stop and move back. Scout and Dash stepped back and stared at the large stone. "Wow, that's the biggest stone I've ever seen" Dash said with excitement. "Should we resume now dad?" Scout asked as he saw his father move the big stone away.Originally posted by Lt. Trevor

"So, Jamili, what do you wanna do while my father digs out a guest room?" Rinoa asked as she walked towards the water hole.
"I don't know, what kind of things do you do around here for fun?" Jamili asked, his tail twitching stiffly behind him. The Pridelands already seemed like a remarkable place, so hopefully it had something interesting spots to explore. He's rested underneath the shade of five egg shaped boulders on his way over here before he met Rinoa, and he was still amazed on how it had gotten there.
Scout continued to dig Dash walked next to Scout covered in dirt. "Would you please watch where you're throwing that dirt?" Dash said shaking off the dirt on his fur. "Sorry" Scout said. "No problem" Dash said resuming the digging alongside Scout.Originally posted by Lt. Trevor

"Well, we can explore, play tag, or just rest." Rinoa said with a smile as she took a sip of water from the water hole, the wind blowing through her goldenrod fur. She just met Jamili, but it feels like she's known him forever.

"Jamili, I said we could either play tag, explore, watch the clouds, or sleep." Rinoa said a second time, she thought Jamili wasn't paying attention.
Jamili shrugged his shoulders. He didn't really know what to do, but Rinoa wanted an answer, so he supposed he had better chose, lest she grow impaitent.
"Well cloud watching sounds interesting" He admitted, though he had only cloud watched as a cub.
