Almost 10 years after SP...
RIP
Aaaahw
we'll miss you!
 R.I.P Suzanne Pleshette
Rest in peace, Suzanne.
I absolutely loved her voice. Like I think we all did. Rest well Mrs. Pleshette
She did a great job ^^ RIP
The news of her death caught me totally by surprise. I spent Sunday at a foootball party(I am a HUGE Patriots fan), and was buzzed when I got home. I was flipping though the channels, and stopped to wtahc some segment on MSNBC about Bin Laden's estranged son. As I was watching, I saw the name "Suzanne Pleshette" on the news ticker in the corner of my eye. I immidiatly looked down and read the news. I couldn't place the name at first, but when I caught on, I immidialt grabbed by SP case of the DVD shelf to make sure I had it right. But after the spot on the ticker, I was unable to find anymore about it on TV. (The library was closed Monday for MLKJ day). I had no idea she had acncer.
Some interesting trivia there. The only other TLK cast member to die was Madge Sinclair(Sarabi) who died in 1995, at age 64, from breast cancer. I sure hope this isn't a pattern.

Our time on this planet is precious, and can be snuffed out at any moment. Every second of every day should mean something.
I'm pretty sure she was born in 1937.Originally posted by Feral

And Madge Sinclair died age 57 on December 20th, 1995. Just over a year after TLK was released.

R.I.P, one scary voice lady.
may seem like i didnt care mutch but i akshely do this caught me by suprise "and being prob still suprised in mild shock when i made this thread" but this really makes me sad...when a voice actor of your fave movies die "or animators" it feels really odd...just watching that movie..."sigh" not the first death in the TLK cast...
R.I.P, Suzanne. You brought so much excitement to Simba's Pride, and Zira was one of my favourite characters from it.
I was going through my files earlier, and found an old magazine interview with Suzanne for the release of SP back in '98. I'll see if I can get it typed up for y'all if you want to read it.
We are so much more complicated than our names.

Por favor, manténgase alejado de mi chocolate.
If you're not here to party, get out of the teacup.
I would be very interested in reading that article, HasiraKali. Anything SP related interests me.
Thanks for the banner, Sombolia.
