It just makes it harder to PM

Like with your name, I have to spend 3 extra minutes to make sure I can find the symbols "?" in MS Word, or go through the Members list, which is SO annoying, Blatently speaking from my own opinion of course. Not to say what I think is wrong or anything, its just annoying to do all that extra work because no one's keyboard supports that Character in that Username (Not Just saying Nathalie's name, but other people's names on the forums too)
