Edit: I made some quick research on it, and I'm almost 100% (like, 96%) sure his first-name's Arashi. Then for his last name, I'm not as sure... There seems to be 2 to choose from.

No, Arashi isn't his name; that's pure fanon. When Jiraiya hands over the summoning scroll for Naruto to put his name on, it obviously says the Yondaime's name in kanji. Someone claimed that it said Arashi, but the text is actually (and definitely purposely) illegible. As of yet, there's no name for him, other than the epithet of Konoha no K?roi Senk? (Konoha's Yellow Flash).

Ah. Darnit. And here I've believed he had a name xP Suppose it's sorta like TLK's "Tanabi" then.

and just on a random note here is a cool music video i found its with really strange music (not psyko strange) and i can honestly say i love the music and bin lissening to it over and over agian but the video aint that bad ether " obviesly it contains spoliers abut Naruto so dont watch if your not done to the point of fillers >.>)

It's never been stated anywhere in Naruto that the Yondaime was Naruto's father.

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you have any pictures for reference? The only difference I noticed from anime to manga with Neji was changing his seal from this to this:

anyhow..i find a pic here " the back of nenji" here he has his ordinary long pony tail..

Well, that would raise some pretty big questions. Like why is the child of the Yondaime hated so? Why did no one else offer to take him in? Where/who is his mother? Why doesn't he know? Yondy being Naruto's father is just so horribly clichéd and I can't see it doing all that much for the plot. Though the Naruto is Yondaime theories are pretty interesting.

I'm still wanting to write a Naruto/Yondaime pairing subconscious fic though.

It's not big a difference. Probably just a stylistic difference between Kishimoto's early art and the animator's art. Creative license.

I watch Naruto anime and read the manga, but honestly, I have lost interest on it lately (specially the anime, let's see if after the fillers it gets better).
My favorite character is Shikamaru :]

OMG I ADORE Naruto! It's been one of my favorite anime/manga for years now. Ehehehe, I even dorkily cosplay him at various anime conventions.

Hmmm....aside from Naruto himself, I really like Sasuke and Gaara the best I think. EVen though Sasuke's an emo little brat sometimes, I still love him.

It took me a while to get used to the dub, to be quite honest. But I think they do a pretty good job with it. I still like the subbed version better though.
