My neopet was left starving to death for the past 4 years and it's still alive.

Had one once. But the whole thing just doesn't keep me interested. Most things don't anyway.

I have an account, but I don't really play anymore. I just take pets from the pound, spruce them up a bit to make them more desirable, and then get other people to adopt them.

The only time pets get frozen is if you break one of the site rules, such as stealing, scamming, cheating, etc. Then, your entire account is frozen and your pets go *poof*.

Otherwise, pets be immortal.
