^ A lot of people say that It's not so hard once you get used to it. Sometimes I forget I'm fasting and end up putting something in my mouth

I mean, you can eat right, after the sun is gone / a certain hour?

But it's then, you gain all the wait, eating after 7 pm *lol*

Eat Before Subuh or before 6am over here
and eat after sunset
i don't know my weight gain after fasting i don't know why
and of course the best thing about fasting is ciggerate
yes end up smoking before eating

No...about an hour before sunrise, you wake up, eat a filling breakfast, then as soon as the sun is visible, you have to stop eating. Then at sunset, you break your fast and eat dinner. After daylight savings time, sunset should be around 5:30 p.m. here. And, yeah, some people do gain weight because they go overboard. But other people, like me, lose alot.
