Hey, I was just trying to help. I can understand Cerice's position. It can be very fustrating when you are made to look stupid because some "smart" person refuses to accept your opinion.

When I say "smart", I am not trying to insult anyone. That just refers to people who write out detailed and sientific replies to even the simplest questions or commenets and somtimes make themselves look like a know-it-all.

Pnt, have you even tried to defend your position against some teacher who thinks they know everything? It can get fustrating to the point where you attack that person out of fustration.

Why should I agree with Cerise's opinion... if I don't agree with what she's saying? Just because I can back up my statements with facts instead of stupid arguing doesn't make me a "know it all".

20%/80% is usually considered the standard for copyright infringement, I don't think it's a law or anything though. From what I get from it, it's more of a commonly accepted rule of thumb

I never said that you had to agree with Cerice's opinion, but you can accept that she disagrees with you. Some of us believe that facts can't proove everything. No one here can say what was going through that artists mind when that picture was drawn. The point that I was trying to get through in this post is that the disagreement over the art can not be solved here. The problem was that you refuse to let it go. You are way too determined to make Cerise agree with you. THAT is why she is fustrated and burst out like she did.
