I hear that flat footed people incounter many more problems with foot health in their future. But arched people can sometimes have too much of an accent and they too will also bear problems.

I have flat feet... and I've got to have special insoles for my shoes otherwise the muscles and tendons on the bottom of my feet will get inflammed and I won't be able to walk. 'Tis horrible. And worse, I'm not insured for them... they cost about $300.

I don't use any special insoles. Do ya think I need them? I have flat feet too!

I wouldn't know. I'd recommend seeing a podiatrist if it bothers you.

My feet are arched - as far as i know, they're normal. Actually, no, come to think of it, i remember some specialist shoe shop salesman said my feet were a bit flatter than usual.

My Nana has seriously flat feet, and she never got them checked out when she was younger, which means walking for her is not easy these days. My mum also has various problems with her feet, but not really because they are flat. Still, my mum has to get special shoes with special inserts, and its very expensive. I hope i never have problems with my feet

I can't tell. Sorry to hear that your grandmother has feet problems too Utora.

My mom can't wear high heels. I can't either. lol Business shoes are uncomfortable for me. I hate wooden soles with leather.
