they probably did a typo in their email ;), this happens to a lot of members, if you don't activate your account then you can't post ;)

ask him/her to use diff email ;) like Gmail or Hotmail ;)

Have her try regestering with a different name. If the account was activated on her PC, it shouldn't let her reregister. If she can register, somthing went wrong with the auto-mail that sends out the confirmnation.

It is possible that she spelled her adress wrong. Lea does not check to make sure used adresses exist. That is what got me blocked for a while last month. I had to e-mail Mufasa directly to get it fixed.

This happened to me, is she under 13? did she use the special register sheet?

She's over 13 Lunah. ;)

It's not a problem with Lea, it's a problem with your cousin's email. Did she use AOL? You hafta add the email you receieve the activation from to your buddy list if you use AOL. If not, did she check her spam folders? If that doesn't work, you might wanna try emailing Mufasa...
