The Adolescent Years

Seeing as the others ignored him, he would look down in time to catch there antics, and he rolled his eyes. Swooping down and alighting beside Twilight. "Immaturity at its best." Zazu said, rolling his eyes.

Simba looks at Kiros, "Go easy on him." he then looks at Zazu, "Now, what's wrong Zazu?"

Kopa had slowly moved till behind the bird, but Zazu hadn't seen him yet.

"A king should be more royal not lounging and pouncing, sire. Royal Protocal says that the king must act according to they royal code of ettiqute. As of now sire, your acting much like you were when you are a child, and I must strongly advise against it, as you need a much more stronger and more kingly." Clearing his throat his eyes flickered to Kiros when he snarled and made his little outburst. "Never the king would I embarass, though perhaps you I might." Zazu replied pompously.

"Zazu..." Simba pauses, "...we're only having a little bit of fun. I act more like a king when I'm taking care of the pridelands and doing my King duties."

"Sire, fun is a part of life, as much as I hate to admit it. Though it is for the cubs to have frollic and be there young selves. Though a king should be more appropriate at all times, I am only here to make sure royal protocal is done appropriately, but sire getting involved with these lions and there pouncing games is just somewhat astonishing." Zazu commented.

"Well Zazu, I know you're only doing your job and I appreciate it. I've told you the circumstances..."

"Circumstances sire?" Zazu questioned slightly.

"The duties of the king...and why and when I take care of them."

"Just wait till I'm the king!!" shouted KIopa suddenly, going out from where he was hidden and pouncing again onto Zazu pinning him down "Hahah I think you're getting used to this!" he laughed.

"Very well then sire, as you see it. Though my intervention is needed now and then, if I must say." Zazu boasted pompously.

"BAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Zazu squawked angrily as he finished his sentence to Simba. Feeling the weight of the cub on him, he moaned angrily. "GET OFF!"

"Yes, if you weren't needed. You'll be pretty useless won't you?" Simba then looks around to Kopa, "Alright, Kopa. That's enough."

Kopa laughed to the bird " I know you like feeling my weigh onto you, don't you?" he laughed again "Okay dad...." he said as he slowly get off from onto the bird.

Zazu got to his feet slowly, turning around to face the cub, his eyes narrowing angrily, as he turned wrinkling his beak up in the air, taking flight and alighting upon Simba's shoulder. "Perhaps manners should be taught now, before it escalades up to when he is king." Zazu commented

Zazu turned his eyes upon Kiros and he rolled them. "Perhaps so, though while Im around, Kings should stick to royalty and cubs should stick to playing. Never shall the two need to mix." Zazu replied.

"Yeah for that reason I like playing with you..." said Kopa smirking, slowly going near where Zazu was.

"Actually it is my business, for I am the majordomo and have been for many generations of lions within these pridelands. It is my duty to make sure royal protocal is followed exactly, near perfect." Zazu boasted proudly.

Twilight had been ignoring everything going on and rolled over onto his front looking at everyone "I think everyone needs to calm down" he said

Zazu ruffled his feathers angrily. "Not so long as Im around." Zazu commented pompously.
