Picture from helicopter. Can see ground zero. Also been outside the site of it; it was a weird feeling experience.

You can?t get any decent shots of ground zero. This was the best we could get; they wouldn?t allow us to stand up on the planters to take photos because they?re about to start works on the freedom tower.

The cockpit, aka my home. Everything was converted to American systems, and it had a 'wheel' on the left seats hip, beneath the photo, that you'd wind and unwind for the landing gear. Pretty nifty.

I've been told this creeps some out. [shrugs] I don't know. But one friend credited me for actually smiling, so take it as you will.



Ok and at the Orchard, this couple comes walking out to the people who run this orchard, as we're getting on the tractor to pull us out. They're like "We can't find any apples?" you know and then it hit me. Most people see the apples on tv, or in the market as bright, shiny, four pinned apples. Truth is, it takes alot to get that kind, and even more so, these people were just walking along the edge of the rows, looking at the bases. And some people are in dress and high heels. I'm like, if you're going to do this why not do it with some heart? People were throwing apples from their bags as we rode on the tractor. It just made me smile how dumb most people chose to be.

They also had a side of the barn with kegs of apple cider. Fresh, and delecious. Between the two kegs was a basket of small plastic cups, and then a box behind it and on the barn wall above it said 25 Cents Please. People just came on up, drank and drank and left. Is it so hard to do the right thing? I find it hard to believe it's easier to it the wrong way. I think they are truly careless and obnoxious people. They abuse it so next year it won't be there. Geee, thanks. Now how about I stone you to death with my apples.
