I go through music obsessions. I once just listened to Evanesence and Within Temptation and any music like them: generally depressing music. Now I adore Three Days Grace, more of an angry/angsty rock with RL truths.
As a person who's emotions swing a lot when a piece of music comes on, I go for a variety of stuff but try to keep off the depressing ones.. it only leads to harm. ;)
