Yup, it's an eyeball, used it for a monster =D The model took a while, the texture took even longer :p As usual, if anyone's interested in using it, just lemme know. I fear that jpeg has struck again :(

Great work on that pnt! I saw the finished product on DevArt, and it is really great work!

Here's more Frankie, This one starts on the bottom also.

That fish is so cool
I have a simmilar rendering program called Blender, but all I managed to do is to rotate that stupid cube that appears when you open a new file
How do you do that? ><
-
Thanks guys! I just realized I forgot to add the "Arm" fins that're right behind the gills, so I did.
@Mirta: Blender is a great program, but I thought it was quite hard to learn compared to some other software. I'd recommend picking up a copy of the "Official Blender Guide" (may be a slightly different name) at Barnes and Noble, or another major bookstore
-
@Bahati: The ED-209 look-alike looks awesome! = )
-
This is sort of what happens when I feel a little emo.

Comment on DA, if you want to act like you're someone else, just to save me hating you when you say you don't like it.
...
Just kidding guys. ;)

"I sit in the back of the store in my tiny bowl. The other fish swim and play in their massive boxes of water; I float idle in my glass bubble. Sometimes I'll suddenly twist around; for a brief moment feel the water rush over my fins and pretend I am swimming. The other fish, they come and go, bought by the occasional person in need of a companion. Usually it's the colorful ones, or those angel fish.
I saw a fly yesterday, he kept me company for some time I suppose, though I doubt he had much interest in me. Maybe he'll be back. I hope so, I get so lonely in my tiny ocean.
But when I feel frightened or alone, I remember that out there, somewhere, there's someone needing a friend, and I'll be ready."

Great picture, Bahati. I really like it.
-
Hey, great pic Bahati! It also got me some extra credit in AP English, as we get extra credit for public sightings of books we've read this semester :p
This is a very very early image of a lighthouse in stormy seas, but I figured I'd post a pic just because it's going to take so long to get finished. I'm thinkin the land proportions are off quite a bit.

-
Oooo, that's very cool Bahati !
And Pnt too ... the sea looks soooo real o_O
(which is probably the meaning of it all? haha)
-
Very nice bahati ;)
VERY nice too Pnt, I would suggest putting more lighting on the lighthouse, if the Sea is that visable, that means there should be light refracting off the lighthouse too :)
-
Thanks guys! :D
A friend of mine is obsessed with the Resident Evil games, so I made him a mock advertisement for the upcoming Resident Evil V (Five).

Lil' test after getting photo shop from my dad. Looks really simple compared to everything else thats been posted lately, but this is the best I can do in a computer programe so far:vitsm:
-
That pic looks awesome Mizani!! Love the expression and the way you've coloured the fur. I really like it =)
-
*hugs* thanks Azer!
The fur was just the result of play around with the brushes.
It looks like it was alot of work when it really wasn't.:uhno:
-
HOLY **** SWEET :cheese: "being a RE freak myself"
-
Because I was feeling quirky.

I have finally, after so much wrestling with it, learned a bit about Maya Fur Effects, which makes me happy. To celebrate, I am offering the base level gunmetal RoboBeetle for 60% the MSRP of $699.95.
-
Wow, that beetle looks so cool.
Here is my next Frankie comic.
This starts at the bottom.

Haha, shoulda been "Mud Kitty" :p
Great job on the comic, Zazulover :)

I love catching fireflies
By the by, how's the actual shape of the image look? I used an Ultrapanivision as an aspect ratio, instead of the normal 4:3, to give it a bit of a different look.
-
Pnt that link doesnt work :o
but good job Zazu! =D
-
http://www.deviantart.com/view/35894369/
Try that one? I dunno, both links work for me :p
-
Your image looks great, Pnt, and I can find no fault with the choice of camera selection.
Would you be able to put together a landscapes tutorial, or if you know of some made by others, provide links to those?
-
Okay, here's my first non-TLK picture ^^
Well, it's actually just a sketch but that's because I'm afraid to ink it...

They are (...who would have guessed...) Guybrush and Elaine from Monkey Island and I'm sorta proud of it since I didn't use references. Well, here are the originals anyways:

Latest pic of my character Chelsea. I drew her by hand, but I added the finishing touches in Photoshop 7.
http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...helseadark.jpg
WOW Neola you are THE cartoonist. I couldn't sketch like that so save my life  Awesome work! :ayecapn:
-
WOW Reina, you are THE realism drawer (?) :D
That pic is awesome, she looks so beautiful! You should really think about drawing commissions of those.
Well, I just finished colouring the sketch:
http://img79.imageshack.us/img79/210...uybrushhk2.jpg
Oh, the lower part will be cut out in the final picture so please don't mind the crappy wanna-be hands.
-
LOL thanks  And PLEASE don't clip out the hands, you and I both know they're good. But you and I also both know that hands are extremely hard to draw to perfection :cringe: It took me quite a while to get Chelsea's hand right in that pic.
-
Well, YOU got that hand right, I didn't :p
And besides, it's too late to convince me anyways:
http://img82.imageshack.us/img82/430...kgroundnp3.jpg
It's not finished yet, but I thought I'd post it anyways.
Oh, and the moon looks weird on purpose since it always looks like that in MI games ;)
