but how many TLK songs are there then?
There are only a few TLK songs but Nath is cool and has them all in different languages and in other versions.
I got them in a lot of other languages too :diva:
Haha nooo actually she uses it more now. :gasp: It's still in my room, but she'll come in and play with it. xD But anyway, moving seemed like fun, but challenging. Although it does sound amusing that you had a bunch of LK stuff in you car. :pQuote:

Just think about it, I came driving through lots of citys with my TLK car, full of TLK things! xD It really was too much in it, I barely saw out ... Think I got the pics here somewhere from the moving ...
Haha, yes Manda, I'm cool :bleen:
There are only as much songs as in all 3 movies Ciara ;)
But in different languages, there are already 3 types of soundtrack CD's from the first movie (1994 - 1998 - 2003), the musical, and then those "special" ones like Rythem of the Pride Lands, story telling CD's etc ...
Yea I know ;) It takes a lot of GBs on my comp ... <.<Quote:

Be smart and burn :p
I have no TLK song on my PC *gasp* haha
Well I got all my CDs on the PC. Dunno why, it just takes up like 20 GB on it, but then it doesn't matter since the computer has like 300 GB space ... So no, it's kinda unecessary to burn it to yet another CD ;)Quote:

These are old pics tho ... <.< But it kinda looks like this now too, except the name on the front that is gone ^^
I also found better pics of the TLK car...
I still have no pic of my TLK carpet with cool sounds and stuff, but I have a photo of it in my album, so I can just scan it ^^
Huff i havent posted in forever, i was browsing through this thread and looking at everyones cool stuff. It made me miss all of my tlk stuff i had to leave home after moving to college ;[. All i have now are a few dvds.
I wish I had TLK stuff but I just have the SE DVD and Simba's Pride on VHS
seems like everyone has their TLK things on some other place :O I kinda didn't think about take it with me when I moved, but I knew I would miss it incredible much in that case, so I brought it with me anyway xD *hugs things tight* Tho I miss my riding horse Simba and TLK car now :(
My Bradford Exchange plates arrived today. Unfortunately, one of them was broken. I'm going to let the seller know but it's not chipped or anything so it's fixable. I just want to make sure I wasn't charged for a plate that was broken before it got to me.
Oh man, sorry to hear that. Did you purchase insurance? (I never do that, but in the case of the Bradford plates I think it would have been worth it)
Wow, I went to take down my TLK collection at the fair and I found out that I won a People's Choice Award for Oustanding Collection at this year's Puyallup Fair! :wow:
I'm really excited about that... it was a lot of work and dedication of course for many years to collect all that and set it up in the display... I drove over 700 miles to and from the fair this year. At one point I was wondering if it really was all worth it.
I decided to go to the fair one last time on closing weekend (Saturday, the busiest day of the Fair) and I got the chance to hang out near my exhibit and talk to some people about my collection, as I was about to leave, there was a mom and her son that seemed very interested in my display so I went up and introduced myself.
It turns out that her son was autistic and couldn't speak, and The Lion King gave him inspiration to get through life. He appeared to be around 11-12 years old. As his mom and I talked, he was just totally engrossed in the display. It looked like he was in heaven! As his mom said, "I could leave him here for two hours and when I came back he would still be here". She also said that "his room is the Pride Lands" which I thought was very funny. We visited some more and I got to take a picture with Koda (that's his name). After that event I knew that if TLK could give fond memories and inspiration like that, it was all worth the trouble. It made me very happy and was a special moment for me to touch someone else's life with my TLK collection.
