Grr, everyone has been saying such good things about this movie, I would like to see it sometime... I don't know who would want to see it with me though, I don't usually like going to the movies by myself. XD
I'll go with ya.:cheese:Quote:

Really?! Cool! You're such an awesome friend. :p How many times have you seen it already? Just once? That was funny when we went to see the Incredibles, and that was your third time seeing it. :p
 Thanks Jeff, but you live kind of far away. ;) And by the time you move out to California, I don't think it will be playing in the theaters anymore.Quote:

 I remember that. Don't worry, I've only seen the Phantom of the Opera twice already :cheese: Wow, are you getting the sense of deja vu?Quote:

 Well if you don't mind seeing it again... ;)
How many times have you seen a certain movie in the theaters? :haha:
Three times so far, but Phantom may break the record (I have another friend I told I would see it again with).
I saw Jurassic Park 7 times....:DQuote:

Wow! Dang! Well Jeff that is a great movie to see many times in the theaters. ;)
The most times I've seen a movie in the theaters is twice. And I've done that with a lot of movies. I did see TLK twice, but now that I think about it, I also saw it once in the IMAX theater in 2003. So does that count as seeing in the theater three times? Different kinds of theaters, and a 9 year gap between them.
:haha:...I know...good thing I didn't have to pay most of the time......:D
IMAX is a theatre just like any other theatre....don't discriminate, congratulate....:D
Oh this makes me so happy XD *squees*
I did see The Phantom of the Opera last Thursday with my good friend Muruwa... ;)
I did think it was a good movie. Christine is beautiful and so is her voice. Roaul is cute... He reminded me of STM. It's because of the long hair.
Don't read ahead if you haven't seen the movie. ;)
Well I just think that the Phantom shouldn't of excepted Christine to fall in love with him. You can't except anyone to fall in love with you. Yeah sure I felt sorry for him when he was a kid... But he killed people and I would rather be with Roaul too if I was Christine.
I liked the soundtrack too... The Phantom of the Opera is my favorite song from that movie. ;) I really like the Junior Vasquez's "Phantom of the Opera" remixes that are on this site: http://www.phantomoftheoperasoundtrack.com/
Too bad they are so short though! I love listening to them but they are just samples. XD
Did anyone see Lefika's (an artist at TLKFAA) anthro Phantom pics? Hehe... :p
:haha:...You know, I couldn't resist reading ahead.......:DQuote:

I'm working on getting full versions of those. I'll let you know if I get ahold of them. ;)Quote:

Oh sweet! I would love that! :cheese:
i havn't seen a film at a cinema more than once to be honest so I can't really say but i seen Resident Evil bout 8 times and i just saw Resident Evil 2
Muahaha I was going to make a new topic for this.... but I decided that this will work: I made a new banner just for Phantom of the Opera fans ^^

Anyone who wants to use it can go ahead ^^
*drools* Must... have... for... desktop. That's awesome Ravoc! Thanks for sharing. :D
Sure thing Muruwa, glad you like it :cheese: ^^
Buwaha! Sorry for reincarnating this old thread but I just saw the movie at my aunt's house yesterday and 'twas terrific! One of the best non-TLK films I've ever seen!;) Now I want to see the Musical (which is coming here to Queen Liz II's Theatre in August 2006! w00t!:D) The best part I liked about the movie was that Don Juan scene when they sang Point of No Return. That's an awesome number. :P
Yes, yes I LOVE that song, it's one of the best! =D
OOOOOhhh  I was excited to see this thread again. I'm glad you enjoyed the film naflkt. :) Point of No Return is soooooo different onstage. Just a warning. ;)
:lol:Quote:
"Beware of falling chandeliers"
What can I say. I became a Phantom Phan a few months after I became a TLK fan.
I love the Phantom of the Opera! Just ask Kiva; he gets irritated at me for it too, lol. It's a good story and I love the movie! the music is just amazing and brilliant! I sing the songs all the time and sometimes even play the Angel of Music song on piano.
Cool! Have you seen the stage show? I like to think of the film and the stage show as two seperate things just because they really are so different. :)
Sadly, no. :(
Awww :( Well one day. :)
I'm jealous of all the people who have seen it on the stage. Wow, I didn't expect that this thread would ever get revived, makes me happy though. I've made some desktop/collage things from the movie since I made this thread. You can use 'em ask desktops if you want, but you may need to adjust the size (I'm really bad at that sort of thing and my picture editing thing is broken on my computer).

Hope you enjoy.
Those are awesome! :D
I wanna see the show on the stage... :D
Maybe someday when I go to New York... I'd like to go there someday.
I'd wait until the next cast change personally. The Phantom right now is good but he's nothing compared to the one that just left. And that just won't do for a first time. ;)
Hey Eva! I don't get really irritated at you..but I called like so many times and its like: "Yes-ter-day I watches PotO for the 8,000th time" lol..im just kidding though..saw it in the movie store and thought of you..maybe you shall show it to me in 9 days! :p
I didn't want to start a whole new topic for this so I dug this one up.
Tonight, Phantom became the longest running show in Broadway history, surpasing the record previously held by Cats. The chandelier fell for the 7,486th time tonight. :D

*whistles* Wow... that's impressive! Congrats to the Phantom!!! Oh and Andrew Lloyd Webber of course :p
Wow, Andrew Lloyd Weber has an amazing talent for writing musicals. My boyfriend got me a cd of his greatest hits for Christmas and I wanna see all his different shows now. I'm thinking of watching the Phantom of the Opera using a projector and surround sound for my birthday party this year, though I'm not sure anything can top the masquerade party I had last year...
What ALW shows have you seen apart from Phantom? :D
