You gotta be kidding!
No, I'm not. I'm a fourth cousin to Brad Pitt. He used to come to family reunions (before I can remember). My Mom and uncles and aunts told me a while back. I was> :o
Oh yeah, I'm also related to some famous murderer. Can't remember who he was though. :wicked::wicked::wicked:
4th cousin?
Mhmm. Don't ask me to explain it, I hate geneology (or however it's spelled). Except in this case which I just love to brag about. :irule:
I can belive that .. how fun!! ;)
btw this girl im dating is directly related to Gen. Custer somehow... and another person I know is related to Chuck Yeager (first man to break the sound barrier)..
Wow sounds amazing :wow:Quote:

sounds interesting, how fast is it before you reach the sound barrier?
i think the speeds are different depending if you're on land or over the sea...
I would guess somewhere about 1200 km/h
I think thats mach 1 :)
i guess its about 1340km/h
Well, if thats what it is...I was close anyways :D
am not saying thats the correct speed for breaking through the sound barrier, its just my guess =)
Just did some research since I have nothing else better to do.
1,224.74 km/h is the speed you need to get to to break the sound barrier at sea level.
we were really close ! Well Boosy was closest congratz !
Congrats Boosy
yeah, congrats! =)
I wanna meet that who can first reach to Light speed ;)
well i guess its just a matter of time lets say 20-30 years?... maybe lesser
Well, I guess time will tell :)
Ooh yeah, thanks :)
I've heard from my tutor that if one can reach the speed of light one can travel back in time.Quote:

Doesn't sound logical to me, but it'll be kinda hard to break the light barrier. 300 miles/second. ;)
No, it's true Kovu. The stars we see every night, most of them are already dead, burnt out, ya know. But the light somehow is still shining to us. It's really confusing
you got the basic concept Leo.. but.. light travel is imposible by a person.. for many reasons.. biggest being *anything* that travels at the speed of light would practicly split at an atomic level.. thats why the packets of light we recive are just a bunch of electrons collectively known as photons..
And a bit of a trivial fact when light travels (at the speed you guys said) it dosent know where its going so it just flays all sorts of random ways.. not straight.. basicly the darn photon's are drunk  muhaahaha
 drunk photons
so if someone can travel at that speed, they would split and go in different diretions?
 Drunk photons *falls to the floor laughing*
But yeah, you're right. Thanks for explaining that for us =)
:eww: Poor person.. split into a bazillion pieces, flinging across the universe o.O :eww:Quote:

This is interesting, to read about who some of you have met, or who you are even related to! I've met Captain Harris and Lieutenant Proctor from the Police Academy movies, LeVar Burton from Reading Rainbow/Star Trek, and Gary Senise from Forrest Gump/etc. Although, the meetings were rather brief. I couldn't even tell you what was said. :hehe:
:alone: Also, I've met a singer that I used to be such a huge fan of. Some of you may know her. Shakira. :grrr: Ignoring the fact that she hugged me at my own request and then kissed me on the cheek, her ultimate change from humble chica from Barranquilla to pop princess belting notes in English has since turned me away. It's so unfortunate. :(
But that's enough of the bad seed and ultimately a completely different topic. Let's get back on track, shall we? :knowdees:

Okay, you lost me.
poor ruska :( ...
@Saribi: Dang thats quite a profile of people you got there!! congrats!
*Jealous of Sarabi's meeting with LeVar Burton.*
Great scott! What's all this with the speed of light? Everyone knows that time travel occurs at exactly 88 miles per hour. ;)
I'm jealous of Sarabi too. Levar Burton is cool. *thought he rocked in ST:TNG*
Well don't be jealous! :hugs: Again, the meeting was brief so it wasn't anything spectacular. I met him one of the days that I sang in the Candlelight Processional at Epcot.
I actually meet 2 celebrities
the one who voiced Timon in the Danish version
and Rafiki (danish version too) alias Kim Larsen whos also making songs, great songs infact :)
I want to meet Harrison Ford really badly...*snorts* HA like that will happen xD
Awesome use of the search engire Alli ;)
This winter I saw Dennis Rodman in the Nashville Airport ^^
