It starts...

Kasa ducked into the water hole. Though he was not fond of the water, he had to wash all this mud off. He trotted back to pride rock, a smile on his face.

Sahna greeted him warmly, licking his face affectionately. For the first time, Kasa returned her affection. Then he realized others in the pride could see them, and he turned away in embarassment.

Yufa escorted Lira back to pride rock. Although she was a hyena pup, she expressed no fear of the lions. Indeed, Lira had been talking about nothing else except playing with the lion cubs. Even Yufa was wary of the lions. Lira yipped in excitement and ran towards pride rock, ready to play.

"You mind Simba now Lira, remember he is the lion king!" Yufa scolded.

"Yes, father... Can I go play now?" She asked.

"Allright, but don't get into any trouble now..." He reminded her.

Lira yipped and ran up pride rock to go find cubs to play with...

Kryken squirmed around his best friend as he pounces all over him
"Hehe, how are ya Leo?" Kryken asks.

"Mmm...another lion is injured? Let me assist you Namabi..." Kenyi curiously wondered padding up to Namabi "Do you mind? Or is everything already taken care of?"

Leo grins and pounces on top of Kry.

Namabi catches a vision of Badrani ripping his throat apart, he screams in fear and pain.

Kenyi looked at Namabi oddly as slow breeze of wind entered in. He slowly tapped Namabi's shoulder.
"Namabi?"

"Ack!!! Hey!!! I'm suppose to be on top of you!" Kryken shouted in joy "Fine, see if you can top this!" Kryken growled as he pinned Leo down.

Namabi pants and gasps, "Bad...rani." he collapses to the floor.

"Lemme up!" Leo grins.

"Namabi?!" Kenyi nuzzled Namabi awake "Namabi, I order you to wake up now!" Kenyi shook Namabi slowly.

"Nope hehe, not letting ya go," Kryken blew raspberries and kept holding Leo down.

Namabi opens his eyes, seeing the blurry Kenyi. "Badrani..."

Kenyi slowly poured water onto Namabi hoping he would wake up.
"Just calm down Namabi...you're still here...what's wrong Namabi? tell me...what happened to Badrani?"

"I had a vision...Badrani killed me...I died." Namabi says slowly.

"It's guilt and memories..." Kenyi slowly prayed quietly "Unfortunately, Badrani's spirit is not a rest yet. I'm not particularly sure what's going to happen and hope that I won't have to do any exorcism...just...we need a proper funeral for Badrani..." Kenyi looked at Namabi "I recall that the body still lies in the meadows of the grasslands..." Kenyi looked above and then looked at Namabi "It's your call."

"Why should he have a proper funeral? He caused enough trouble and grief to me and my pride. Do whatever you want." replies Namabi.

Kenyi stared at Namabi somberly "Fine..." Kenyi walked halfway out of the den until he turned back around "Just let me tell you this, do you ever think perhaps that maybe once in his life he was good? Maybe there was a reason why he did the things he did, surely he couldn't have just killed lions and lionesses for the entertainment of it." Kenyi padded out of the cavern sighing as he gave Badrani a funeral. After, he patted the dry soil once and prayed there slowly before getting up and padding back into the cavern "It is done...I wouldn't be surprised if Badrani did come back to haunt you, but he won't. I also suggest you prepare yourself, tonight's going to be a rough night and I don't think those rain clouds are going to have any mercy on us..." Kenyi padded away from Namabi and looked at Katai "Watch after your father." He said padding slowly away again.

"Well I don't see anything my parents did to tick him off." Namabi replies raising both eyebrows at Kenyi.

"...and what do you mean by rough night?" asks Namabi.

"Well then, are you saying that he did out of sheer pleasure?" Kenyi lifted an eyebrow "What do you make of those dark clouds out in the distance there Namabi?"

"Well that's what I think yes, unless some other lion did something to make him so evil before I was born, I'm not sure." Namabi sighs.

"...and out of those dark close I can make out....Badrani."

"Might I suggest you consult the council or your parents. They might have a slight clue as to what were his intentions." Kenyi walked away.

"So you want me to speak to my parents now?" Namabi asks.

"No, I am simply saying that maybe you should consult with them, only if you intend to find out what really happened to Badrani and why were his intention so evil."

The Two coloured cubs walked over to thier mother with a scraed look on each of thier faces. Thier mother began to shake and her breath came out in short quick gasps. "Mummy!!!!" the blue cub's scream could be heard a miled away as it echoed through the still air. the cubs new born siblings curled up between the pink cub's paws. The blue cub ran to Shadow and headbutted him to get his attention.

Kopa went again with Shadow " Hi mate, Kopa here" said nuzzling his friend, "how your eyes are today?", then he saw the lions running there a little surprised.
