The live action movie was ok it wasn't my thing IMHO. What I love is the comic book. Oh and does anyone remember that Garfield and Friends show they'd show on Nick in the afternoon? I used to spend every afternoon watching that show. I need to get some of those volume DVD'S.
They have that show on Foxtel now.
Watch every so often.
And yes, I also love the comic strip.
I have atleast 60 of his books.
I love those comics
On www.gafield.com you have the comic of the day, and you can look back all comics from the very beginning.
No Garfield shows on TV here though :(
A shame, I'd like to see one, what it's about and all.
They show that cartoon where I am too. It's on Toon Disney. At 2 AM in the morning. A channel I don't get and a time I would never stay up till. Go figure!Quote:

Though it was a long time ago I red are watched his series..
I've never seen the movie, but the comics are awesome :D:cheese:
I haven't seen the movie really either, been told it's a one-time watch, yet I've been and am a keen fan of the comics. 'Specially the stuff from early 90's and such rule so much. Sometimes I'm laughing with tears in my eyes.
Not much into the 2000-stuff. But yeah. http://www.puuma.com/stuff/thinking.gif
The Garfield movie was alright I though, though it was kinda annoying how they completely ignored and contradicted the comic...
Bit of topic Tigris of Gaul but I love your avvie of Hobbes:D
I found the Garfield movie pretty enjoyable, but it was strange how they went against the comic, as Shatara pointed out
I mean Liz is supposed to think Jon is an idiot :thinks: :p
Anyway, i've got Vol1 of the Garfield and Friends DVD :cheese:
I really liked the movie and the cartoons :)
Why, thank you m'lady for the kind comment! http://www.puuma.com/stuff/coffeecupsmily.gifQuote:
