Goldwave (manual)

I'm looking for the manual from this programm, can't seem to find a good one.

I recorded something last night, but it has got so much bass in it, and normally with Goldwave you should be able to remove some of it, but I just can't seem to figure out how it works.

I though the part of: recorded something and remove bass, would make it clear :D

Goldwave is a music progam, such as Cool Edit, Music Match, etc ...

I only know how to use the line-in and record, but I don't understand anything from the edit-tools.
