Ahh yes, Rescue Rangers. One of my personal favorites when I was a kid, I used to have my dad tape it for me. From what I remember I liked it because the cartoons were longer so there was more time for a good story to be developed.

I liked Dale the best because he was so carefree. Monty Jack was also cool, because he liked cheese.

Anybody know where Chip & Dale got there names from? Believe it or not, Chipendales is a famous group of male strippers that put on woman's entertainment shows in Las Vegas!:eek:

True 'dat. Even I haven't seen any of that series for years. I think I last saw episodes of Rescue Rangers back when I was.. mm.. *thinks* .. 7 years old. S'been quite a while. I liked the series a lot, though.. it was a good source for learning english at a young age. *grins*

I remember one episode of it, there's this big rat or mouse that's wearing a suit or so, who's escaping the rescue rangers on a little train in the sewers, likely.. and goes "Let's see if you can follow me now!", tossing a pack of dynamite on the tracks so that the cave falls in and blocks the rangers from following him. *chuckles*

Anyone remember that? It's funny too, that I remember exactly what he said in english, even though I was of course all the time reading the finnish subtitles...

There might be a Rescue Rangers movie, how cool would that be, haha!

I'm just not sure if it would work as a "live action CGI" movie. Because I guess most of us grew up with the 2D animation series.

I'm thinking it would turn out more like things like Monster House & Polar Express & TinTin, that kind of CGI.

I do have the DVD box from the series, hehe, saw it London few years back, for only 6 £. And I bought it, because wonder oh wonder, it had Dutch audio & subs o_O
