Well, I've never owned any of those games, and I think I've only ever played two of them :p TLK and pokemon. Then again, I never owned any sort of gaming system when I was growing up (apart from the comp). Though when my sister got married maybe 5 or so years back, she gave me her old playstation1 with it's single game

So, favourite games:
-Zoo tycoon
-Unreal Tournament
-Half Life etc
-Portal (much fun!)
-Need for Speed
-Abe's Odysse (or however it's spelled)
-Spyro
-Guitar Hero (my friend owns it, so much fun!)

I don't play too many games, so it would make much more sense for me to list all the games that I've played and also liked enough for them to leave a special impression on me, instead of trying to choose favourites.

- Half Life - series (PC)
- Portal - series(PC)
- Lion King (SNES)
- Aladdin (SNES)
- God of War - series (PS2)
- Grand Theft Auto - series (PS2)
- Kingdom Hearts - series
- Tekken - series (PS2)
- Pokemon (Game Boy Color)

There are many more that I have tried very briefly that have left a positive impression on me (such as Assassin's Creed and Thief - series), but either I played so little of them or it was so long ago that I don't honestly know whether I'd enjoy playing them nowadays or not. And thus I didn't include them on the list.

Whoa, that's a long list, STM... :ooo:

As for me, well, the only games console I play on really is the Wii. In the Nintendo franchise, I used to have a GBC, GBA and GC but I don't play those anymore. I also used to have a Sony Playstation... I probably still do somewhere actually... xP

Here is my list. As you can see a lot of them are games from the Super Mario franchise...

Wii:

- New Super Mario Bros. Wii
- Mario Kart Wii (Great for playing with friends! :cheese:)
- Mario Party 8
- Super Mario Galaxy 2 (I should try the first one out).
- Wii Fit Plus (Great for maintaining weight and exercising with a bit of fun added in!)
- Guitar Hero (I'm not that good at it, but I enjoy playing it... I should really play it more though, my last time playing it was around Christmas... xP)

SNES:

- Mario Paint
- The Lion King (I have only just recently got this, all thanks to Leor ;) which means I should get my SNES out again at some point).

Game Boy/Game Boy Colour/Game Boy Advance:

- Pokemon (I owned a good selection of these, from blue and red to gold and silver. I've never had a DS, so I haven't played the other Pokemon games).
- Super Mario World

GameCube:

- The Simpsons Road Rage
- The Simpsons Hit & Run

Playstation:

- Tomb Raider
- Spyro
- Dino Crisis
- Crash Bandicoot
- Spyro

PC:

I don't play PC games all that much anymore, but these are the ones that I used to enjoy.

- The Sims
- Theme Park Inc.
- Harry Potter

I really should try out the Zelda games. I have that on my plans for when I visit Leor though. ;)

Not a favourites list really, just more of a "what games I own" list. Oh, and I'm almost sure I've forgotten something. :uhno:

I've been playing games for years and years (I had an original NES when they were still sold in shops!) That having been said there's not that many games that I would consider favourites, or rather I can't think of that many games ... lets just see how the list goes.

I'm a HUGE fan of the Ratchet and Clank series on the playstation (points to avatar ;)), the first one I played was Tool of Destruction on the PS3 and got the rest from there.
I've really enjoyed the Mass Effect series so far, impatiently waiting for number three.
Same goes for Gears of War, I've just started playing a co-op game of GoW2 with a buddy in insane difficulty, we've come to the conclusion that it's our Kobyashi Maru test, LOL!
Metal Gear Solid is a game series I keep going back to, despite it's impenetrable story line and FMVs that requite a loading screen half way through.
Portal and Portal 2, completely different from pretty much anything else I've ever played and hysterically funny as well.
I thoroughly enjoyed Psychonauts, again because of the humour.
The Mario series has always been pretty good, though I prefer the older games, Super Mario World and Yoshi's Island both on the SNES I think are my favourites, though I also really liked New Super Mario Bros on the DS
And my favourite game of all time has always been Sim City, particularly the SNES version, though I got on quite well with Sim City 3000 as well. I have it on my iPad as well so I have something to do during my more boring lectures at college, LOL! :D

When I born, my father had an Atari, I don´t remeber if i played it, later, my father got a master system, with the game "alex kidd in miracle world" in the console memory, i played a lot this game at that time but i never could finish it! , later, he got a snes, i remeber playing super mario world, and donkey kong series at that time. Later, my mother got me a playstation, it was my frist video game, that time i like to play sme series like tomb raider, resident evil and mainly final fantasy. later i upgraded it to a playstation 2, only more series were added to my favorites like kingdom hearts and metal gear solid.

I can say that most of my english i got playing games (brazil never had games in brazilian, they are starting now to dubbing some games in brazilian), i never gone to an english course or had classes beyond the ones we have at the regular school

My dad had an Atari too when he was younger, which I'm sure was the 2600 version. I think we still have it somewhere, but it's stored away in the attic. I've played "Demon Attack" on it once or twice. Maybe more games too, but I don't remember. :thinks:

I'm a Tomb Raider girl (played on PS1, PS2 and PC) it's my game. I'm not very good at it, but I don't let that stop me :p I need to upgrade consoles though, because I was so disappointed when the PS2 version of Underworld was cut down from the xbox360/PS3 versions. They didn't really give a crap about the PS2 version and it showed. So I'm planning on buying an xbox360 in the next year or so. Probs be a new one out by then, but I ain't made of money :p The last time I played on a console that wasn't a Playstation was back when I had my old Sega Master System (Sonic was my game on that. I miss Sonic, lol). Definitely going for Xbox over Playstation, I think, because of PS being in my bad books forever after the TR Underworld incident :p

Other than Tomb Raider, I loved Crash Bandicoot - the original one for PS1. I was so proud of myself when I completed that game, because it took forever and I'm a bit rubbish at video games.

I've enjoyed Lego Star Wars on the PS2 as well. So when I get my next console I'd really like to get some more of the Lego games. Especially Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean.

As for the PC I've been known to play The Sims 2 till the small hours. Not so much now though, because my computer can't handle it anymore. Sad times.

Oooo video games C:
My first video game ever was some Harry Potter game for the Game Boy Colour (I miss those things <3) and a weird Simpsons Hit & Run thingammy for PS2, and at the time I just adored it lol x3 I used to be into car racing games, but since I kept being taunted for my crappy gaming skillz *COUGH*mybrother*AHEM*, I kinda moved on from there. For Nintendo DS my favourite game is probably Animal Crossing- it actually has a plot! :curious: I thought Nintendogs was good for about a week, then I realised that I was just doing the same thing over and over... my virtual pups are almost certainly dead/ran away now lol :p
I find PC games pretty good too; when I was about seven I was worshipping a game called Catz 5 x3 as you may have guessed, I was very interested in animal games... until I played on Fable 2. DUN DUN DUNNN *life changes* my most favourite game. In the whole world. Ever ever ever :D

Yikes, this one's hard. I guess the game I find myself playing the most these days is Lioden, but that's a web-based game....so the ones I seem to come back to the most are Pokemon, Zoo Tycoon, and Spyro....maybe toss Legend of Legaia in there too. x3

I am currently in the time-wasting pit of happiness that is zoo tycoon :p Absolutely love it. Also love the spyro games, though have ever really only played the first on PS1. Every now and then I play a little pokemon, but I was never really into it when it was [i]the[i] thing, but I do enjoy playing. Then every now and then I enjoy making things explode in Unreal Tournament, and I was playing Age of Empires for a while.
