"I know I got this pride now" Twilight smiled "I was such a hopeles case when I came here though then I met Shine and she turned things round for me and we had you" he smiled looking over at Shine who continued to clean Miale not taking any notice of either Starla or Twilight

Twilight just laughed a little and slowly drifted off into a sleep trying to foeget the incident earlier.

Starla smiled , and fell asleep purring as well.

"Thanks, I'm a tad hungry." he grins breakinga piece of meat off before taking a bite out of it.

Jaini pads over to the others, "Hello." he says. "I'm bored..." he sighs.

"I am..." Jaini says running over for some food.
"This is Jaini, one of my sons I was talking about."

Starla woke up slowly and yawned, seeing that Twilight wasn't already awake, she stays lied down onto his stomach.

"What's the matter with him?" Jaini says watching Zaider walk away.
"He probably doesn't get on that well with lions...I must admit, I don't feel too comfortable around other animals although I try to make conversation." Katai tells Jaini also watching them walk away.

"I'm comfortable being with you....and I'm a tiger too...." said Zeek worried seeing his father walk away.

Jaini lays down, "Where the heck are the others?"

"Darn...where's my brothers? where's mum? where's Karia?!" Jaini asks getting a little angry.

"Don't get too angry about it...they're probably just sleeping." Katai sighs.

"Oh no..." Jaini laughs a bit being pinned down by his brother. "You're here..."

Zeek finished eating "Okay....I understand...I'll come with you then" he smiled walking near his father.

Twilight woke up to find Starla fast asleep on his stomach with Shine and Miale sleeping alongside them

Twilight yawned and looked down at Starla on his stomach "Did you sleep?" he asked smiling tierdly

"You're mean..." Jaini says looking at Reth angrily.

Zeek jumped onto Zaider's side, to sleep there.

Miale awoke but Shine continued to sleep peacefully

Jaini thinks that this is a little too far, he lowers his head. "I hate you." he says before running off.

"Reth started calling me names and said I was rubbish." he says miserably. He is upset so a tear falls down his face.

"Nice, wildebeest...haven't had any of this in a while." Jaini grins taking a bite out of the wildebeest.

Twilight padded off with the two cubs and Tipa towards where he saw a heard of Zebra the other day

"Woha! look there dad!" she said exited, pointing o the zebras.

Twilight looked over to where Starla was looking at "I see them" he smiled "You stay here I'm gonna take one down" he said creeping low into the grass slolwy apporching the Zebra's.

A few minutes later he was close enough and waited for one to wonder off. Eventually one wondered off and Twilight took his chance and ran after it.
The Zebra ran but wasn't fast enough; Twilight pounced and floored it and swiflty killed it.
Twilight looked up at the others with a bloody smile "Got one"

"Wow!!! great Dad!!! it was great!" she said exited to Twilight.

"Yeah nice job Dad" Miale smiled

"Well come on and eat" Twilight smiled

Starla wasn't hungry again, but she didn't want to worry her brother and her father, so she grabed a little part of the animal and slowly started eating.

Miale dug into the haunch with his teeh and ate along with Twilight
"Good Zebra huh" Twilight smirked

Starla couldn't finish eating the piece that she had caugh. "I have enough.....thanks it was good."

Twilight continued to take bites out and eating them then he looked up at Starla

Miale continued to eat away feeling annoyed at his sister

Miale had enough to eat now and stopped and took a look up "Thanks dad" he said then looked at his sister then looked away "I'm outta here" he said padding away

Twilight just sighed "Hes acting like me" he said looking down at the floor

Katai sighs and begins to walk away sadly and slowly.

"He has not to act like ya dad.....? she sighed "He must enjoy his chilldhood.

"Yeah I agree just he isn't what you expect normal cubs to be like" Twilight looked at Starla "Hes the first one I've ever seen that acts the way he is"

"me too.....I only know a few other cubs but for example Klowd, Blitz and Zeek aren't like him...they love to be cubs...." she said.

"A lioness dad?" she said surprised "He's only a cub"

"Well i meant someone about you age Starla" Twilight smirked "A girl can always change a way someone is....maybe one day you will find a lion and change him"

"I don't think I would like to change nobody....everyone has to be like he'd think that is the best.." she sighed "If Miale thinks that he likes being like he is, I'll respect him, after all he's my brother.

[King Simba]

Jaini sighs before walking slowly over to his dad, "Dad...I'm sorry..."

[Lion King Stu]

"I'll always respect what ever my family wants to do" Twilight said looking at Starla "I'm sure Miale would make a great lion just he has to make the most of cub hood cause it dosn't last"

[klowd]

"Of course...he'll be really great....and me....I..." she said lowering his head sadly.

[Lion King Stu]

"You will to Starla" Twilight said nuzzling her

[klowd]

"I don't know dad....sometimes looking at Miale I wonder if I deserve bein her sister...he's just so....perfect....always caring for everyone,always trying to help....he's perfect...he's the son that you deserve dad..." she siighed sadly.

[Lion King Stu]

"We deserved you both Starla your both perfect" Twilight replied

[King Simba]

Katai sighs sadly, "I...was..." he doesn't finish his sentence.

[klowd]

" I'm not dad...." she sighed sadly, " sometimes I just can't sleep thinking if I'm a good lioness....thinking about my life, Miale, mum, you....is really weird..." she said.

[King Simba]

Katai turns his head to Jaini, "I was only...playing." he can finish his sentence now that Asha as comforted him.

[Lion King Stu]

"When we are cubs we are always getting into trouble and stuff its a stage Starla and a stage you, klowd and the others are going through" Twilight replied "Love will be the next stage after this one I guess" he smirked

[King Simba]

Jaini sighs and then pounces on top of Katai sending him to the floor, "Heh...did I surprise ya?" he laughs a little.

[King Simba]

"You surprised me?! You've upset me today you have." he says pushing Jaini off not too hard.

[klowd]

"i don't know dad.....I don't know anything...I feel useless..." she sighed.

[Lion King Stu]

"Your not stupid" Twilight replied "Your anything but"

[klowd]

Starla sighed sadly "I'm feeling a little bit down....I'm going to sleep for a bit..." she said sadly.

[Lion King Stu]

"Ok Starla" Twilight replied and nuzzeled Starla "I hope you feel better when you wake up"

[klowd]

"I hope the same...." she said lying down, closing her eyes and falling asleep fastly.

[King Simba]

Jaini, having been hurt after he's been pushed gets upset himself. "That hurt..." he says sadly, his ears drooping down.

[Lion King Stu]

Miale continued to pad away into the grasslands aimlessly with nothing to do he just wanted to be away from his family just for a while.
He walked over to a small bunch or trees and clamberd onto a lower branch and lay down looking around.


Twilight continued to pick at the carcass then lay down on the ground next to Starla with head on his paws he didn't sleep.

Starla woke up, she looked to her father and she moved then next to him, snuggling a little against Twilight, being not sure if he was really sleeping.

Twilight looked around at Starla and smiled "You sleep well" he said nuzzling her

"Yeah, dad.... I feel a little better now..." she sighed "And you?"

[Lion King Stu]

"I feel fine...just been watching over" Twilight replied with a smile "I noticed you don't snore" he grinned

"No dad...I don't snore, I'm not like you!" she laughed to her father.

[Lion King Stu]

"I snore" Twilight grinned "No I don't" he said prodding Starla playfully with his paw

[klowd]

"Yes you do dad" she laughed being proded by Twilight. "But you can't hear yourdelf while you're sleeping" he she said pouncin onto Twilight's body playfully.

Twilight looked back at Starla and smiled "So wat you want to do now?"

[klowd]

"Ehh I don't know you decide" she smiled "maybe...we should speak to Miale..." she said sadly.

"Ok sure lets hunt the little guy down" Twilight said standing up with Starla on his back still

"Okay..." she sighed and jumped down of Twilight's back padding towards where Miale had left some time ago.

Twilight padded alongside Starla across the grasslands

Miale was fast asleep in the tree he had climbed earlier

"Look he's there" she said pointing to the top of the tree, where her brother was, waiting for his father to call him or something.

Twilight walked up to the foot of the tree and nuzzeled his son gently to wake him up "Miale wake up" he said

Miale yawned and opened his eyes "Hey dad" he replied

Starla just sit down with her head down.

Miale looked down at his sister "Hey Starla"

"Hello Miale..." she said without looking at him.

"Uhh" Miale looked at his father confused "Whats going on?"

"Maybe I should leave you two alone for a few minutes Twilight said walking away a bit before stopping and sitting down

Starla looked at his father padding away and then he looked again at the ground "Miale... I....I only want to say you sorry....if you think I'm a bad sister...I know you deserve something better than me...you are so...perfect..? she sighed.

[Lion King Stu]

Miale leapt out the tree and walked up to his sister "I don't think your a bad sister" he sighed "You just worry me to much" he said walking away his head bowed down

"eh.....I'm sorry...but I just..is difficult to me to understand why you're always so bored about me...I mean,even more than dad or mum..." she sighed. "I don't want to be a nuisance for you Miale,...I just want you to live your own life."

"I'm just like that Starla I rather watch out for those I care bout" Miale sighed

"Well...but maybe...you would be happier if you don't take that job to hard...." she sighed

[Lion King Stu]

"Its not my job" Miale sighed "I just feel like this is the reason why I am here"

[klowd]

"You're just a cub Miale...that's not your job yet...maybe you should let dad do his job..."

[Lion King Stu]

"Its not a job" Miale snapped back then sighed "Whats wrong wid me" he said collapsing to the floor sighing

"Its not you...you normal like everyone else....its me i'm so diffrent" Miale sighed looking away a tear rolled down his cheek he didn't want his sister to see him weakend like this

"Maybe that differece that you have is what makes me loving you so much Miale..." she said.

"Maybe" Mile sighed another tear rolled down his cheek then he clenched his eyes together and sighed once again

"I...I was just worried because I don't like thinking that I'm a nuisance for you Miale....like I'm seeming to be the last days...." she sighed.

"Your not a nuisance Starla your everything I wish to be but I'm not....I'm act so grown up all the time and I don't want to have fun....thats isn't right" Miale replied tears still rolling slowly down his cheeks
