Format war describe a competition between two faction or company distributing share the same technology or format that compete on a same market. this will bring beneficial to the consumers and the company as the product will decide how and what they are bring to the consumers.
Example are Consoles War on Ps3, X-Box 360 and Wii.
Let's start here. There's a major battle between 4G WiMax and LTE Advance on wireless internet technology. Continue the discussion here as we talk about both beneficial and disadvantage on the technology.
