Yeah, all it does is count the number of keys you type and times you click the mouse: your "pulse." There's a Lea Halalela team you can join, and add your numbers to the team's totals.

To pulse, doubleclick the black W in your system tray ( I think it's called? With the time and all? ) whenever you feel like it, and that's it. You can hover your mouse over the icon to see how many times you've made a keystroke or clicked since you last pulsed.

A conflict appears to exist between the WhatPulse software and World of Warcraft that causes my controls to periodically lock up while playing WoW. I haven't observed a similar problem in any other applications, but I've got my eyes peeled just in case.

I'll still be pulsing, though not as frequently.

i never had that problem, and i have WarcraftII, WoW, and Space Craft. It must be a localised event.

Weird. The issue's definitely related to WhatPulse, though. The lock-ups stopped as soon as I killed the WhatPulse process. I might try searching around and see if any other WP users have run into similar problems.

Bahati, I asked about your problem in the WhatPulse forum, and they said that your problem is lag. The said to look for a no-lag version, though I am not sure if they were refering to WhatPulse or WOW.
