In my dialect, there is some French and German.
That makes it easy sometimes.

Because when I go to Aachen (Germany), and I just speak my dialect, some people can understand me.

I'm writing simplified using pinying...
First ya' have to have the correct input language, In my case, Simplified Chinese using pinying.

http://img78.photobucket.com/albums/v259/nafklt/Miscellaneous/CH2.jpg
You may find this in languages within the Control Panel of you computer.

To install click add. Choose language as Chinese PRC and keyboard as Microsoft Pinying IME.

After it's installed, you may have to restart your computer.

After the computer has restarted, you may have to go back to the same dialogue to check the option to show language bar.

Click on anywhere that you would like to write.

When you see the language bar, you may have to press SHIFT+CTRL (may vary on different OSes) to show CH on the language bar thingy. Or you can just click EN and select CH.

Make sure it's selected to Pinying IME.

http://img78.photobucket.com/albums/v259/nafklt/Miscellaneous/CH1.jpg

...and type pinying to insert the text.

http://img78.photobucket.com/albums/v259/nafklt/Miscellaneous/CH3.jpg

Press [ENTER] when the correct character is displayed. If it's not press the <- LEFT key on your keyboard and select the right character(using LEFT and RIGHT keys) Press enter when done! Ta-da! Hope it's not too confusing. Tell me if it is and I'll explain. Of course the diagrams above may be different then what your computer displays since I'm using WinXP...:cheese: Good Luck!:D
