need help cutting out picture

I refuse to pay 11 € for 4 tiny ID pictures, which always look extremely horrible.

3 years ago, I used this picture for my new ID card, I managed to cut it out myself, but I can't seem to get it decent anymore, and seems I forgot to save it 3 years ago.

Can someone cut "me" out and put me on a white background?

Awesome, thanks! Looks better then I did it, I tried using the feather-option, I thought it would make it prettier, but it just kept showing more and more of how poorly I cutted it, lol.
