Sundews! The bogs in the southern part of my state have sundews, I had no idea there were native carnivorous plants in the mid-Atlantic US until I found out about them 2 or 3 years ago. Very cool.

A thank you letter for a friend's 21st that we attended. It's actually quite amusing... well not really, it just mentions that after they attended my 21st several years ago, they arrived home to find all of their chickens eaten by a fox. Then after arriving home from our engagement party last week, they found their rooster had gone by way of a fox too. The letter then informed us that if we wished to continue inviting them to events that we needed to give them at least 1 months warning so they could take out poultry insurance and set traps :lol:

The TLK Blu-Ray has the Zulu version which I have on DVD twice because about a year and a half ago Nathalie got me the Dutch DVD when it released in Belgium, but my Blu-Ray came with a DVD that's identical to the Dutch DVD.

That's where/how I found out about him! I was on vacation elsewhere in...THAT STATE WHERE YOU ARE, and the local discount bookseller had the Percy Jackson books on the endcap of the main aisle :D I <3 mythology too & was flying out in a day or two so figured what the heck. Totally kept me busy the whole flight back, & whenever that was later that the movie came out I was like HA! In b4 they change the cover & jack the price up!

So I'm finally getting around to this next series, now that I grabbed a used one on Amazon for .99 cents :lol:

The Percy Jackson books weren't quite as delicate as Harry Potter and a lot more predictable, but for someone who gleefully enjoyed Xena & Hercules back in the day they were a blast, lol.

I just received a bill which the due date was two months ago! was my mother who gave me the bill and she swears that it was delivered yesterday and she took it by mistake (how my mother lies a lot, is hard to beleave in her). The bill have printed the postage day as just few days before it was due (which is the usual) but there is no stamp in it, so i can´t know when it really was posted.
Anyway, all my bills are paid electronically, so i hadn´t any damage because of that.

Well, the longer you use it, the bigger the "drop" needs to be. It is very easy to overdo it with that sauce. On more than one occasion, I put so much in my food my reaction to the first bite would be like this ----> :nalawet::gasp::eek::zzz:

I honestly can't remember the last thing I got in the mail, I think a credit card offer or just something from Kroger (the company that owns the store I work at) talking about signing up for health insurance for the next year. I'll do it, but I'm not sure how that is going to work transferring to a different store. (There are no Fred Meyer stores in California, but there are other Kroger owned stores) I am planning on moving to California in January, so we will see... It might be that I wont be transferring to that store at all, and I have to look for a different job.

My mother is so shopaholic that her Google now in her phone thinks she works in a shopping center...

I keep receiving here things that were bought to be reshipped for people outside Brazil, last week I received 5 units of the 3D bluray of the movie Free Birds, as it were not released in the US and so people discovered my contact that they can buy, use my address then get the item reshipped for them. Seems that this is a "new" from movie companies in the US of not releasing the 3D version of a lot of movies... One person asked me for the movie Noah 3D! It was not even released here but he said that US will not have the 3D version of it...

A Scar McDonalds figurine from many years ago, that was displayed in a McDonalds nearby. I already asked twice what they do with them, as I was interested, and got rejected both times "personal McDonalds collection". (there's a huge glass cabnet with various old toys in it)

I then decided to send an e-mail, with a little background of myself, haha.
I got a reply back, they would be happy to send it to me.
Took 2 weeks for them to reply, and 3 weeks for them to ship it, but I got it :D

Had to collect it from the post office but... I got my (early) birthday present from Pat today. He bought me a fancy expensive tripod for my camera that he shouldn't have spent nearly so much money on! Still, should be fun to use. Will probably come to be more useful in spring/summer if I find some woodswallows nesting to film them, or for photographing waders.

I received a notice saying that i will work in the elections this year...

They don´t pay a thing for it, is a "forced" work , even tough how im workin for govern, which means i will have a right of two days off work for each day worked for elections (how there is the meetings and the setup of the electronic urns, its probabilly a 3 or 4 days work + the election day), so i hope using those days off work to travel to a far place.

Glad it got there! I was a little worried that it didn't say "SA" on your address. When I make those labels, there is a drop down list for the province, and I put South Australia on it, but then when the label was done and paid for, "SA" wasn't on there. I didn't want to cancel the postage and print out a new label and waste one of those adhesive shipping labels, so I just sent it like that, assuming that the Australia post office will find where that is, even without it saying "South Australia" on it. :p

As for me, I honestly don't remember what I got in the mail last. I think a catalog from dELiA*s. Which is getting annoying honestly. Their styles, for the most part, I think are a little too young for me. Those models in those catalogs look like they are 14 or 15 years old. :lol: But because I ordered a couple TLK shirts from them in the past, they keep sending me these shopping catalogs, like every month or two, ugh. :lol:

I just got an idea, you should buy one of those cheap round touch lights from the dollar store and paint it to look like the magic band entry/touch sensor. Then you could put it outside your classroom door and tap your magic band to get in every morning xD
