I was expecting you to say your fav song was american idiot or something. That is so annoying. The self proclaime popular kids at my school think they are hardcore punks coz they like blvd. of broken dreams.

Oh God, don't even get me started on those people.. American Idiot, I'm not saying it's a bad album or anything.. but it's not punk. I don't think a whole lot of their music has counted as "punk" since Nimrod.

What bugs me even more is all the people who consider "Blvd. of Broken Dreams" their 'theme song'. e_____e

American Idiot is a good album.
Even though it got alot of hype from posers and teenies.
I liked it coz it is a concept album.
It was nice to see that in an album.
I mean think about it, the song lets say...
American Idiot has alot more meaning to it then the regular shamfull excuses for songs we hear around normally.
Like compare the lyrics from American Idiot to Don't Cha.

Anyways, yeah.
But Nimrod and 1039 smoothed out slappy hours were my two favourite albums.

:thinks: I think I'm getting a little off topic now so yeah...lol.

Let's see. Pinhead Gunpowder and The Clash are both punk, I guess, but The Network.. it's kinda.. slightly punk, kinda new wave, very funky.

I did some more research on it. Apparently, the AC/DC on the machine had something to with the battery power, and they liked the electricity idea and thought it sounded cool, so they went with it.
