It seems that the Google plus server are full at the moment.

If you do have an invitation card of the site please do post here! Let's see what will happen if the site are open for public. =)

I was looking at this yesterday. It seems really cool. I hope it doesn't go the way of Wave though. That was a disaster. :lol: Anyone know when this is projected to go public? I was lucky with Wave and got an invite from Google pretty quickly, but I doubt that will happen here as a few tech sites are really excited about it.

I liked wave. We had a good conversation there. But I heard that the site are competing against Facebook generally.

It seems that Google can't handle the demand of invitation, we might have to wait from them itself than waiting for someone to invite us. :(

I usually drag them to the circle. It's like twitter with some kind of "tab or circle".

I need your profile WeW. ;)

Profiles are greatly appreciate since that's the only way I add people. I don't think I have all of your emails in my address book.

Yeah, the privacy isn't good as facebook but some of my stuff do need privacy and public!

Interesting read, and something I strongly considered before joining, but I concluded that at the end of the day it's better to have full control of your online presence than to let companies just fill in the blanks for you, as Google has been doing for years.

It sounds horrible but all this is required by laws. For example if You upload avatar and it shrink and then put into circle .. it is already in collision with your rights. There are idiots who could try to earn money by plead Google. Believe me, even such large company can't manipulate with your valuable art. If they do and it will become public scandal, then it could cost Google much more money than they give you for licence your work. We are talking about billions not $1000 for Your image. So don't believe in drama produced by journalist who are payed for searching and producing drama.
