I love movie soundtracks, I have a whole bunch of them.

My favorite is from "The Rock", and "Armegeddon".

I don't cry with movies, but when I hear the music from Armegeddon, I have to keep myself together :emo:

*Breaks out CD case* Let's see....

I have "The Hunchback of Notre Dame," "The Nightmare Before Christmas," "Lilo & Stitch," "Rythym of the Pridelands," about 7 CDs with various Disney songs, "The Millenium Celebration," "Hercules," "Tarzan," "A Goofy Movie,"(:uhno: ) "Mulan," and a few others that aren't in my CD case. I'm sure you can probably guess that's all I listen to.:fini:

Personally, "You'll Be In My Heart" and "Go the Distance" are the emotional songs for me.

I have huge collection of soundtrack. Since I'm big fan of Hans Zimmer, Ennio Morricone, Giorgio Moroder, Basil Poldeus etc..

From all of them, Hans Zimmer is n.1 .. his music make me cry. It's so damn good. His disc/filmo-graphy is very huge. I have maybe about 30 albums of him but It's still not everything.
For example:
TLK of course, Madagascar, The Ring 1 and 2, K2, Power of one, Road To the Eldorado, MI2, Rainman ....

BTW: there is special TLK soundtrack album of Hans Zimmer which never released. It include completly all music which was used in movie in studio quality. But it is not for sale .. it's just for private HZ use and his close friends. This is SOMETHING really special .. I could cry for to have it in my collection as most valuable master piece. Damn, if there could be a way to get it .. Hmm and one more thing which is a very special dream for me .. to be abble visit HZ live concert.

My soundtrack collection counts about one hundert albums (I'm not sure exactly how many).

Wait, you mean Superbrothers by Jim Guthrie? I have that soundtrack thanks to Humble Bundle. Got it for 1 dollars for all of his discography.

I'm not into the soundtrack but I have it though. But I really like his "Takes Time" and "Now, More than Ever". Also special mention on Superbrothers' Sword & Sworcery Localized for Japan

Yeap, that same one :) I played the game through and the soundtrack is really something, as catchy as it is beautiful, but of course, it's better while actually playing the game, hehe.

You might kill me because I never play the game. :flee::ohno:

I got it on the Humble Bundle.

I think it's kinda like a spoiler alert if If I listened to it without knowing the game. Anyway Thank you Leor, I'll check the game during summer sale and buy it even cheaper. ;)

I think most of music I hear comes from movies or games soundtracks. There were a time I Like tu put music from all final fantasy games in my ambient sound system.

Personally, a soundtrack from a Disney movie which I really enjoyed was from the movie "The country Bears", I even imported the CD because is very rare soundtracks cds be released here (and when it is, are the portuguese versions),but i ended up losing money, as this movie had the cd released here in English as the musics are not dubbed in the movie...

727

Until end of 90s i used to buy Disney movies soudtracks CDs as soon they were released, I have TLK, Pocahontas, The Hunckback of notredame and mulan cds, because at that time, they released both portuguese and english cds here, after 2000, they decided to release only portuguese cds, and for some movies also make dvd + cd bundles, the last one i bought this way was frozen, but of course it are the portuguese version of the songs and i rather preferd the english version...

For a dreamworks movie, a soundtrack that really deserved to be listened is of the movie "spirit the stalion of the cimarron"

I really think it could be a standard blu-rays have the option for you listen only the soundtrack of the movie with no dialog, is just amazing you hear sounds that you never listened because you was hearing more a dialog. one movie with a amazing background sound is the lion king as I managed to reduce the dialog by disabling the central speaker of the sound system, and was just and unforgetabble sound experience hear all the sounds that are present in the movie that you never noticed before. if you have i way to do this, i sugest you to do it ASAP.
