it can be done using PhotoShop.

It isn't too hard. You make a new image and make sure the "Backround Contents" tab says "transparent" =3

Like Aziri said, and then just cut out the picture, and paste onto that new transparent background.

All I did was copy the pic onto a new image and then I selected the outside of the imabe (the white background) before pressing delete and changing the background to be transparent.

You can also do this sort of stuff with PSP. =)
