I used to have asthma...but I conquered that stoopid illness...disease...whatever it is.....:D

:haha:...I just got tired of having asthma...so I basically decided to beat it out of me...by pushing my body as far is it could go...and when I started hacking up flem and such from my lungs...I spit it out, and thus spitting out the disease little by little....:D

Try some Yoga or buy an OTC inhaler, well, it wouldn't hurt to do one of the two or both.

I get chest pains, but I don't think it's asthma. Asthma tends to affect breathing, and I have no difficulty in breathing.
